Service
Exhaust Fan Cleaning
The exhaust fan is what actually moves air out of your kitchen. When grease coats the fan wheel and housing, it becomes less efficient and can leak grease onto the roof. Exhaust fan cleaning keeps that last stage of the system working.
About this service
Most commercial kitchen fans are upblast units mounted on the roof. Grease that makes it through the duct collects on the fan wheel and inside the housing, and can drain out onto the roof surface if containment is missing or full.
We safely open the fan, degrease the wheel, blades, and housing interior, and clean the grease containment where present. We also take note of visible issues, such as loose belts, worn hinges, or missing containment, and pass them along to you.
When this service is needed
