Service
Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
Grease doesn't stop at the filters. Kitchen exhaust cleaning follows the full path the air takes, from the hood, through the plenum and ductwork, to the exhaust fan that discharges outside.
About this service
A commercial kitchen exhaust system works as one unit. If the fan blades are coated, airflow drops. If the duct has heavy deposits, it holds grease and heat. If the filters are clogged, the fan works harder and pulls less. Commercial exhaust cleaning treats all of these together.
We access ductwork through existing access panels and openings, scrape and wash interior surfaces we can reach, degrease the fan, and capture the waste. If we find sections without proper access, we let you know so you can discuss options with a qualified installer.
When this service is needed
- Ongoing commercial kitchen exhaust maintenance
